Georgia Performance Standard:
MSFCS6-8-FD Students will analyze factors (social, pyschological, economic, cultural) affecting textile and apparel decisions for individuals and families and how those decisions impact society.
FASHION AND CLOTHING UNIT
Week's focus: Selecting Clothing
1) Create a powerpoint on a fashion
designer. (Grades 7 & 8 only)
2) Design 4 outfits for a fashion model.
Homework:
* Complete powerpoint on a designer if not
completed in class. (Grades 7 & 8 only)
* Complete 4 outfits for fashion model if not
completed in class.
**Supplies needed:
Students required to bring a 3 ring notebook, notebook paper, pen, pencil, and colored pencils. (Students may keep papers in a larger notebook with other subjects, but need to have a section for this class.)
